Under Fives Resource Guide

OTHER IDEAS
Baking
Follow a recipe with an adult to bake cakes or biscuits and then decorate. Yum!
Build a den
Ask an adult first! Use cushions, pillows and blankets to build a den. Then use your imagination to let your den become anything you’d like it to be! Is it a castle or a dark and gloomy cave? Make sure you tidy up afterwards!
Make a pizza
Choose your favourite toppings and make a pizza. You could use a ready made pizza base, a muffin sliced in half or half a baguette. You could even follow a recipe and make the base from scratch too!
Make your own board game:
Design and then make your own board game! Your game could have any theme you like! Will it be like snakes and ladders, monopoly or will you set questions to answer as you travel the board? Play your game with your family!
Make a treasure hunt
If you have a little brother or sister why not make a treasure hunt for them around the home? You could make clues for them to solve or make a map with a route to follow.
Target games
Make your own target games! You could try rolling golf, beanbag targets or bowling!
